Returns & Refunds

We select every piece in our collection with care and a keen eye for quality. But if your order isn’t quite up to scratch, we offer a simple and seamless way to return.

Had a change of heart? 

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order arrives at your door. 

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be in pristine condition - unworn, unused, tags attached and in original packaging.

How to return

  1. Email us at bonjour@maisoncaniche.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your parcel.

  3. Kindly note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects, wrong deliveries or any rare slip on our part.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will be politely declined - merci for your understanding.

A few exceptions: Non-returnable items

Some items, by their nature, are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care products. 

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been used, worn, no longer have their tags attached or no longer in their original packaging.

Damages or errors

In the rare incidence that your order arrives less than perfect - damaged, defective, or incorrect - contact us immediately via bonjour@maisoncaniche.com. We’ll resolve it with care and speed. 

Exchanges

Fallen in love with something else? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes our quality inspection, we will confirm approval. Your refund (excluding original delivery costs) will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please note this can take up to 7-10 business days to show in your account.

If after 10 business days you’re yet to see your refund, please let us know via bonjour@maisoncaniche.com so we can investigate immediately.
