At Maison Caniche, every piece is chosen with care, crafted for le chien chic and their discerning humans. But if your order isn’t quite parfait, we offer a graceful way to return: simple and seamless.

Had a change of heart? You have 14 days

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order arrives at your door. Because true luxury includes the freedom to reconsider - no problème.

To be eligible:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be in pristine condition - unworn, unused, tags attached and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to return: As simple as un, deux, trois

1. Email us at bonjour@maisoncaniche.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your parcel.
3. Kindly note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects, wrong deliveries or any rare slip on our part.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will be politely declined - merci for your understanding.

A few exceptions: Non-returnable items

Some items, by their nature, are non-returnable:

• Opened or used personal care products (beauté for your beloved companion).
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used, worn, no longer have their tags attached or no longer in their original packaging.

If you're unsure, simply reach out - we're always here to offer clarity. 

Damages or errors: Rare but never ignored

If your order arrives less than perfect - damaged, defective, or incorrect - contact us immediately via bonjour@maisoncaniche.com. We’ll resolve it with the care and elegance you deserve.

Exchanges

Fallen in love with something else? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds: Processed with poise

Once your return arrives and passes our quality inspection, we will confirm approval. Your refund (excluding original delivery costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

If after 15 business days you’ve yet to see your refund, a gentle reminder to bonjour@maisoncaniche.com will do - we’ll handle the rest with care.
