Maison Caniche began not with a business plan, but with a poodle. After stepping away from the corporate world, I found myself with time, space and the company of Dilly, my opinionated and oh-so-fussy toy poodle. She’s the kind of dog who refuses certain treats, prefers specific fabrics and reminds me daily that great taste isn’t just a human trait.

In caring for her, I found myself constantly sourcing toys, accessories and grooming products that matched both of our standards: beautifully designed, thoughtfully made and a joy to use. Many of my favourites were scattered across the globe, often just out of reach for UK pet parents. So I created Maison Caniche: a carefully curated collection of pieces I genuinely use, love and trust. For the picky pups. And their equally picky people.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver all orders with classique shipping within 3–5 business days. Once your parcel is en route, our courier will send you tracking details so you know exactly when to expect your parcel. During busy periods, deliveries may take a touch longer, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not just yet, Maison Caniche currently ships within the UK only. But we’re working on bringing our curated collection to paws across the globe. Stay tuned by following us on Instagram or by signing up to our newsletter.

How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery speed. Need it sooner? Express delivery options are available - just look for rapide shipping.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided items are unused and in their original and unbroken packaging. Please view our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Gift cards and used items can’t be returned, but don’t worry - trying something on for size is absolutely fine.
